This is just a reminder that we are still dealing with the challenges of Covid-19 and unfortunately, many other viruses such as the common cold, strep throat, gastroenteritis, and influenza. These viruses can also share common characteristics such as a fever, headache, cough, nausea, and vomiting. In a school setting, as we approach the cooler months, we will typically see an increase in these illnesses. Please help us keep our students healthy by keeping your child at home if they are sick. Monitor your child for any new or ongoing signs or symptoms of illness.
Please seek out a medical provider to evaluate your child if needed. Also, remember to send in any and all doctor's notes whenever your child has to miss school. In the elementary, you can also send in up to 7 parent notes a year for sicknesses that don't require a doctor's visit.
There are some attachments to consider when your child isn't feeling well, please check them out.
